Papa gave Leah her first piggy bank a while ago, and I wanted her to be the first one to contribute to her savings. Here's her side of the story on how that went.
"Cool, I have a quarter. No idea what that means, but people tell me it's a good thing and everyone's smiling at me, so I'm happy."
"Hmmmm...wait a minute. What's going on now? Daddy seems to be inching my hand (with quarter) towards the foolproof container. Must...fight....back."
"Wait! Wait! I said I want that.... Wait!"
"No No Nooooooooooo!!!!!"
"Was that absolutely necessary?!?! I see your lips moving, but you're just not making any sense to me. Savings, Schmavings. Save the lecture Daddy."
"Ugh...I really don't think that was necessary."
