As a college student, it was cheaper to throw everything in 1 load and wash it on cold. Easy. Done. (Yes, Mom, I know that it's not the best way, and I know things don't get washed as well. But I was a broke college student...can you blame me?)
As a bachelor, I advanced to whites and darks. Simple enough.
As a married man, I quickly learned that there are three separate stacks: whites, lights, and darks. This later evolved to whites, mediums, and darks. I still don't know the difference, but apparently it sounds better.
As a father of a little girl, I know there are 4 piles: whites, mediums, darks, and pink. It's true. One whole load of pink.
Pink pink pink....
| It's tough to catch her still...blurry legs are common in our pictures! |
And still sooooooooooo cute! Pink is a very cute color.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry. Leah will add many marvelous color to your life in the most amazing shades.
ReplyDeleteBA, you lost me when you said that one load of all the clothes in cold water was not acceptable. What? As I see it, the water can't tell the difference between whites, dark, or blue or pink. So load the washer to the limit, dump in some det, and let it go. Do you really think Leah cares what color her clothes are?
ReplyDeleteBy the way she really is quite the little princess, and lovely as one too.
