Ha ha, that's impressive! Now that I think about it, it's probably more tempting to play with your food and throw it around when it's in all these little pieces. For instance, you wouldn't toss a burrito anywhere, but flicking off a black bean seems much more reasonable, especially when you are sitting in a high chair with such a nice falling trajectory to the floor. Maybe she's interested in physics!
Ha ha...I believe the family genius has cracked the code! Yet another sign that we have an engineer on our hands. Great observation, Haley. So to test your theory, I'll give her a whole burrito for dinner tonight and see what happens. She'll probably try to stuff it in her baby pockets in case she doesn't like the other options. And then, after dinner, when we stand her up to shake her off, she'll give us that same, mischievous grin that says, "I'm proud of what I accomplished during dinner again tonight."
And no sink bath with this one. When it all falls in her chair or on the floor, that means it didn't stick to her face, hands, arms, elbows, legs, diaper, etc.
Did it merit a sink bath? How else is she supposed to learn? Practice makes perfect! Give her a kiss for us, please.
